Welcome to Semester II

Economics: Today we introduced the class and began our focus on the economics of voting.  Due tomorrow are the interpretations from the Remember the Ladies handout.  Please leave your textbook at home.

Focus: We introduced the strand today, and will begin Blog preparations tomorrow.

World History: Today we began with a new seating arrangement. :)  The topic focus was the early modern period or the first global age. 1450-1750.  Our fist stop is the Renaissance. Today's concept was Humanism.  Be sure to review today's class material.  17.1, 17.2 are due on Friday.  These are read to learn documents that are being done in place of Cornell Notes.  We will continue with the topic tomorrow.
