Civics: During your arguments shares related to flag burning today, you should have been able to obtain two different viewpoints of the arguments; enough to help you formulate a consensus argument among your group that you will share in class tomorrow. You should be working on your Midterm, its due on Friday.
Tomorrow in class, you will receive more information for the objective portion of the midterm. We will establish the precedent for Texas v. Johnson tomorrow and learn about Snyder v. Phelps.
Focus: Bring materials to use during our time together tomorrow to study for midterms after office hours.
