Judicial Review is the ability of the court to declare actions unconstitutional, and precedent is a decision for other cases to follow. Complete the NIXON analysis tonight and be sure to work on the Cornell Notes due on Wednesday.

World: Today we finished up the preliminary info on the Mongols and moved on to viewing a film from the Barbarian series to give you a better context on who the Mongols were. You received a handout for the film, and should have been able to complete through question 7. We will wrap the film up tomorrow. Cornell notes for 12.2 and 12.3 are due on Wednesday.
