Due tomorrow: Read and create your own notes for ch. 10, sec. 1 & 2 the rise and expansion of Islam. We will continue with the topic tomorrow.
We have 6 days of class remaining before finals. Our focus will be on the rise and expansion of Islam and the Islamic Empires.
Civics: Today you viewed part of the DVD Electoral Dysfunction. We will complete the film tomorrow. During the film you were to list arguments related to why there is dysfunction, while state your opinion in response to the point being made. The handout is posted on the website.
We will finish the DVD tomorrow and debrief. With the 6 days of class remaining before, finals we will focus on wrapping up the electoral college and learning about gun rights and gun control.
All classes: Be sure to begin organizing your materials for finals which begin on January 21.
