For this evening, read and annotate the Hephthalites handout. Be sure to ANNOTATE. At the same time you have some comparing to do. Remember, you are considering how such a brilliant and successful empire could collapse. (consider the factors that you already know)

-Your task is to COMPARE the story of the END OF THE GUPTA EMPIRE to the fall of Han and Rome. You can do this comparison by creating a Venn Diagram, or a graphic organizer comparison chart. Do whatever suits you, but your work is DUE at the start of class TOMORROW

For tonight, you to Choose TWO of the FOUR issues listed on the chart handout provided in class. CHOOSE TWO ISSUES. Identify the position of the groups listed on the chart with respect to the issues you choose. Your assignment is due at the start in class tomorrow (Tuesday).
13th Seminar: Draft Resume was due today. Feedback was provided and you began working on other portfolio requirements. There was a discussion related to the February teach-in. What do you want to accomplish. How do you want to accomplish it? Roles were delegated. Let the work begin.
