Civics: Fishbowl debate today on the electoral college. Documents turned in: Persuasive argument and self evaluation of fishbowl performance. There is a test on Thursday. Begin with the Constitutional convention material. It covers the Constitutional Convention, Political Parties/Spectrum (chapter 7, and 8.2), citizenship (10.4) and the Electoral College. Refer to background readings on the Electoral College, Washington's Civic Duty reading as well as his farewell address. On Wednesday, we will do an informative assessment to gage your understanding.
