Today we began studying the meaning of economics. We brainstormed the meaning and identified the reasoning behind the meaning. During our discussion we provided many examples and worked on a debriefing handout related to economics the social science. We will continue debriefing tomorrow and will deal with "what is economics?" along with an in class activity. Focus: Today we discussed critical issues and the fact that your next post MUST be a critical issue post in GLOGSTER format. The post will be due next week Friday. Remember, next week is MME week and there are many schedule changes.
World: Today we began the Scientific Revolution, another aspect of Europe's Renaissance. We spent time reflecting on the meaning of where we have come from in the Renaissance along with some of the important concepts. In addition, we utilized a historical context and a preview activity to dive into the topic. Due for Monday, are Cornell Notes and reading, 22.1. We will continue with the Scientific Revolution tomorrow since we have only just begun.
