Economics-Focus-Seminar-World

Economcics: Today we visited the CNN website and viewed the small 1 minute snippet on the State of The Union Gun Control part of the speech.  We discussed the 2nd Amendment, debriefing the Right to Bear Arms reading and then explored our positions related to gun rights and gun control. I provided the Economics of Guns handout (you can find this on the website), we went to the lab and you formulated arguments (while considering the opposite sides position..do this by making inferences).  We will have a short fishbowl debate tomorrow in class.  Be sure to focus on the trends related to gun rights and control.
