World: Day II of 1421. We finished part one, debriefed and began part II, the theories. I presented you with a list of evidence you would be introduced to, so during the DVD you could add details. We will finish the DVD tomorrow, have time to debrief and allow for some prep time for Thursday's in class essay on the topic. You received another secondary source today on 1421. Please read it and annotate it. All materials are usable for the in class essay on Thursday.
Economics: Credit was given for the 6.1 graphic organizer today. We finished with Equilibrium today by revisiting the concepts, viewing a Khan Academy clip on Market Equilibrium and collaborating together on some problems. In class we debriefed two problems, so we will finish the rest at the start of class tomorrow. In the meantime, you are beginning Business Systems. Read 8.1 & 8.1 and complete the Chart handout provided. You Once you add the definitions to the chart you will classify details related to their positive and/or negative nature. We will begin something in class related to business systems tomorrow, but you should complete today's assignment by Thursday for credit.
12th Focus: Community service project for Glearners/Post office in the BMezz. We will debrief the Success principles via un-conferencing once we complete the community service.
