Economics: Today you completed the test on the intro to economics through PPF. I accidental left off the circular flow, so we will cover that next time.  When you read the material in Chapter 2, you will revisit circular flow.  After the test, you picked up informational documents on economic systems and your next assignment, which is due on Monday.  You are to read chapter 2 and complete notes in any form you wish. Graphic organizer, outline, Cornell... whatever you wish.  This material is due on MONDAY. 

Tomorrow you will be in Mrs. Weiland's room because I will not be here. Your focus is on Capitalism. By viewing a Michael Moore Film, Capitalism A Love Story, you will be introduced to capitalism in a unique way.  We will continue with the material on Friday.  Be sure to work through the film guide during the film.

Focus: All blog addresses have been received.  Tomorrow, your first blog post is due. Be prepared to share your ideas in class. Remember, Mrs. Newman will be covering focus tomorrow.

Seminar: We discussed mentoring for Friday... The Discussion Starters and the Knot activity.  Please be on time for mentoring and be prepared to attend town hall following your mentoring assignment.

World: We debriefed 19.1 & 2 today and went over the Eunuch and voyage material in class.  We also visited an article from the NY TIMES related to, "A Vatican Spring" and connected it to our understanding of the Enlightenment.  For Friday, read & Annotate the reading provided.  Mr. Snyder is covering your class because I will not be here.  You will begin 1421... The Year China Discovered America.  Be prepared to listen & watch carefully while being intrigued.  Stay current with the questions & focus guide from 1421, you will receive credit upon completion.
