World:  Today we covered the underlying aspects of the Reformation.  At the core is the use of propaganda which Luther used expertly. Economics: See Circular Flow model posted on Blog... Today we finished the systems presentations, and heard from students regarding journal entries.  You are becoming experts on circular flow. Remember, that MONEY makes the circular flow function. Also, the Market economy is about selling.  For firms, they are to maximize profits, for house holds, they are to maximize utility (the consumption of goods and services).Circular Flow
